Chef
I have many many years experience as a chef working at restaurants and catering for events. I still love developing my own unique recipes after all this time! I specialise in French/Mediterranean Algerian and British fusion recipes and of course 100% vegan.

Michelle hails from Scotland and is a farmer, nutritionist giving talks on food related topics frequently in her home city of Edinburgh where Michelle also provides ingredients to an established network of vegan caterers. We are delighted that Michelle has just come on board and will be helping to expand our catering to Scotland and northern cities where we will be working with local vegan chefs.
Here are our Sample Menu's; the chefs have years and decades of experience and can produce more than listed here ~ please detail your particular requests when emailing us, cheers!

It's a beautiful Sunday morning and the air feels clearer due to the recent thunderstorm! I was round at a friend's house when it hit. (In north-west London) the roads and pavements flooded almost immediately although I was enjoying the warm rain as I ran up to the local shops. Later on that evening I was looking on twitter and saw a post from Street Kitchen - an amazing organisation that sets up a food stall on the streets to feed homeless folks. Street Kitchen tweeted about the flooding and dangerous changeable weather around Camden and how it was affecting homeless people coming to their stall to get some food. Respect to Street Kitchen for hanging on in there through the torrential rain.
