I have many many years experience as a chef working at restaurants and catering for events. I still love developing my own unique recipes after all this time! I specialise in French/Mediterranean Algerian and British fusion recipes and of course 100% vegan.

Michelle Wood

Co Director

Michelle hails from Scotland and is a farmer, nutritionist giving talks on food related topics frequently in her home city of Edinburgh where Michelle also provides ingredients to an established network of vegan caterers. We are delighted that Michelle has just come on board and will be helping to expand our catering to Scotland and northern cities where we will be working with local vegan chefs.
